Tatum is 2 years old! We had some of her friends over to decorate halloween cookies and have cake and ice cream. She was so excited and loved the princess cake daddy picked out for her. Nay Nay sent a pretty party dress just for the occasion. She loved twirling and posing with her crown and wand. She was the perfect party host and loved every minute of it. Definitely a night to remember!
Hey all. So if you don't know, I ran the Portland Marathon about 2 weeks ago. It was awesome. I'm excited to run another one. Here are the pictures they took of me. It was very exhausting, but at the same time it gave me a great feeling to accomplish something I never thought I would ever even attempt. Last week I was pretty sore--I couldn't even walk down stairs. Now, most of the soreness is gone, but my foot is still hurting - I think I strained something in there that is taking a while to heal.
School is going pretty well right now. I'm taking a full load (16 semester credits) so that next semester, when the baby comes, I'll be able to take only 10 credits and that should feel like a pretty light load. If you don't know, I recently accepted a job with Miller Nash - a law firm in Portland. I'm really excited about that, especially with the awesome economy we have right now. I'm counting my blessings just to have received a job offer.
Oh, and if you haven't noticed by now - I'm clearly balding (arghhhh curse you genes).
